Vacancy Customer Service

Job Description:


The Customer Service department CompeGPS Team S.L. is one of the mainstay of our business success, being appreciated by our customers and distributors.

We are looking for a skilful person at new technologies for cover a vacancy at the Customer Service department. We look for someone high focused towards the customers, good level in Spanish and English language (spoken and written), organized, methodical, efficient, able to work under pressure depending on workflows, skilled with computers and new technologies-oriented.

Your main responsibility will be give an optimum support to end customers and distributors of the products sold, primarily written but also phone.

Work experience in this area is essential.

Educational Background:

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree + professional experience in the sector

Will be valued any of the following diplomas obtained:

  • Sales & Marketing Management
  • International commerce
  • Consumer Services
  • Administration & Finance
  • Electronic Products Development
  • Other related degrees

Languages:

Good level of Spanish and English spoken and written required. French and/or German language is a pre.

Technical Skills:

Technical Skills related to the products we sell and advanced user of Windows O.S. and Microsoft Office suite (or equivalent).

Will be valued any experience with GPS devices and/or digital cartography.
