Website development

This team is charged with providing access to all our websites. They program and set up the site so you can browse without any trouble.

UX/UI

Responsible for making the interfaces on our software and website easy and intuitive to browse, thus improving the user experience.

Design

This team is charged with creating all of the graphics on the quick-start guides for our devices, images for the website and social media, official signage, product packaging and, in general, any graphic element, whether physical or online.

Marketing

Their task is to inform you of the latest news, discounts and offers. They also prepare any type of official company material (manuals, quick-start guides, FAQs, etc.).

They do this in multiple outlets, picking the message and medium that is best suited to the situation.

Sales

Charged with maintaining current markets and expanding into new ones. They are the company’s image, the ones who grow our distribution network year after year.

Customer service

They handle any inquiries that users might have or any questions customers have before making a purchase. They process user suggestions and handle them quickly.

R&D

They investigate market demands and look for solutions. They define the features and functions that each of our products must offer.

Operations

This team coordinates all the departments to ensure the proper operation of the company’s internal processes.
