Editorial Piolet specializes in books on mountaineering, guides and mountain bikes. In 1990, he was born in Barcelona as an expert in alternative cartography. He often collaborates with writers, hiking groups, municipalities or tourism promotion consortia. In 2019, it had an editorial inventory that included approximately 75 maps, about twenty guides and a dozen literary works, all related to hiking or life in the mountains. It also publishes electronic formats that support satellite navigation systems (GPS) in addition to the traditional paper format.
